Refund Policy
1. All Sales are Final
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original fine art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for original paintings based on a change of heart or "buyer’s remorse."
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the artwork’s descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully.
2. Color Representation
We strive to represent the "unapologetic color" and texture of each piece as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may vary slightly in person compared to how they appear on your specific screen or mobile device due to differences in monitor calibration. We do not offer refunds based on these slight variations.
3. Damages During Shipping
While we take extreme care in packaging your artwork using professional-grade materials, we recognize that accidents can happen during transit.
Reporting Period: You must inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Required Documentation: To initiate a claim, please email us at caley@caleyvancleave.com with your order number and clear, high-resolution photographs of:
The damaged area of the artwork.
The exterior of the packaging (showing any dents, punctures, or moisture).
The interior packing materials.
Resolution: Once the damage is verified through the shipping carrier’s insurance process, we will work with you to provide a resolution.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
All original artworks are shipped with tracking and insurance. Once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered," Caley Van Cleave Studio LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address where someone is available to receive the package.
5. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. We do not offer refunds if a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges.
